Main:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500g)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream (240ml)
- 100g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups spinach (about 60g)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Topping:
- Fresh basil, for garnish
- Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
